A fantastic journey from the Big Bang through black holes to our solar system and back to Earth: With this program, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) was present for the first time with its own film contribution when the Karlsruhe Schloss was immersed in a world of color in the evening from August 8 to September 15, 2019. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, the KIT Climate and Environment Center supported a contribution of the Maxin10sity artists' group at the Karlsruhe Schloss Light Festival: In impressive images, the film shows the beauty but also the vulnerability of the earth as our basis of life. The premiere took place on August 8, 2019.

At the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), more than 700 scientists are tirelessly researching how one of the greatest challenges of mankind can be met - climate and global environmental change, with all its effects. This topic was highlighted in the KIT film contribution at the Schlosslichtspiele in Karlsruhe in 2019.
